Programme

Day 1Photography โ€” theory + hands-on

Dental photography in daily practice, simplified to a professional standard: photographic equipment, intraoral, close-up, laboratory and artistic photography for documentation and marketing.

You will be able to: perform standardised intraoral photography; capture accurate dental portraits and close-ups; photograph lips and smiles; apply proper lighting and colour settings; document cases before, during and after treatment; photograph models and laboratory work; take professional headshots.

Day 2Smile design and treatment planning โ€” theory + hands-on

Meeting patients' expectations when developing an aesthetic treatment plan: the most common conflicts between what the patient expects and what the clinical situation allows, and how to manage them with the most conservative and predictable options.

You will be able to: analyse the patient's facial and dental characteristics; identify aesthetic expectations and treatment needs; develop a comprehensive, predictable smile design; select the most appropriate treatment option for each case.

Day 3Adhesive rehabilitations, dental veneers, indirect restorations & complex cases โ€” theory + hands-on

From the fundamental principles of adhesion to complex cases and full-mouth rehabilitation, with a practical, evidence-based discussion of the restorative parameters behind facial analysis and predictable smile rehabilitation.

You will be able to: understand the principles of adhesive dentistry; select materials for veneers and indirect restorations; choose between preparation techniques; plan dental veneers from diagnosis to cementation.

Day 4Clinical session โ€” patient hands-on (preparation)

Apply the first three days in a real clinical setting. Under direct supervision you perform the clinical assessment, treatment planning and tooth preparation for an aesthetic adhesive rehabilitation case, focusing on conservative preparation design, healthy tooth structure and the space and form needed for predictable ceramic restorations. Includes evaluating preparation quality, managing clinical limitations and communicating with the laboratory.

You will be able to: perform a comprehensive clinical assessment; confirm the diagnosis and plan before treatment; apply minimally invasive preparation principles; perform conservative veneer preparations.

Day 5Shadowing

A complete overview of the clinical workflow of an aesthetic adhesive rehabilitation. You observe the instructor's procedures and follow the case from patient preparation through isolation, try-in, cementation protocols, finishing and polishing โ€” with clinical discussion throughout.

You will be able to: understand the complete workflow of an aesthetic rehabilitation case; observe clinical decision-making; follow the correct sequence of procedures; understand isolation and moisture control; observe veneer try-in and shade evaluation; understand the steps of adhesive cementation.

Day 6Clinical session โ€” patient hands-on (cementation)

The final clinical stage: try-in, cementation, finishing and follow-up. You perform the cementation under direct supervision following a clear adhesive protocol โ€” restoration try-in, shade verification, isolation, tooth and ceramic surface treatment, cement selection, removal of excess cement, occlusal adjustment and final polishing.

You will be able to: perform a systematic try-in; evaluate fit, contacts, occlusion and aesthetics; verify the final shade; select the appropriate resin cement; prepare ceramic and tooth surfaces; apply effective isolation and moisture control.
