Dr. Robert Convissar is a board certified Dentist practicing in New York, NY. He received his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Convissar is a pioneer in the field of lasers and one of the world’s foremost experts on dental laser technology. He has written four textbooks that were translated in four different languages and has over a dozen peer reviewed papers which were translated in eight different languages. He is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital and has been part of the staff since 1993.
